Debbie made our vacations! I contacted her like-July 3rd, for a last minute trip to SeaWorld and Disney World - for the 5th of July. She made it happen - booked hotels and park tickets and some dining reservations we requested. It was smooth sailing the entire vacation! Thanks Debbie! For the second vacation, going in September- between trying to coordinate it with family in another state, we had numerous changes. Debbie was so polite and helpful, and offered suggestions to add to our experiences. We are so looking forward to this upcoming trip to the Universal Parks and experiencing Haunted Halloween Nights!

Christy did a fantastic job getting to know our wants and needs for or 20th anniversary trip. After trying to do it myself she took all the stress of planning and all I had to do is make my payments and pay them leave and enjoy. We are already planning for our next trip and will use Christy at Pixie Vacations again.

Our second time to have Megan Granger plan a trip for us. In June our family of 11 experienced the land portion then a cruise in Alaska. She seamlessly handled all the details working with all 3 families to ensure we had a perfect trip of creating memories. Loved her suggestions and reminders which kept us on track. Julie was amazing! I have never used a travel agency before and was so glad I did. Our entire stay was effortless ( on our part - Julie did the work) and wonderful. We stayed at the Royal Pacific, it was so close to walk or take the boat to Universal. One of the best trips I have had and owe so much to Julie at Pixie Vacations for putting it all together for me. Julie Davies was an amazing "Pixie" for our family vacation trip to Disney World! She worked with me for an entire year to make sure our vacation was as special as we wanted it to be. She presented different options throughout the process and offered advice when asked and sometimes even before! There wasn't anything she recommended that I wasn't happy I chose to do. As promised, she remained vigilant watching all deals and was able to save me $3000 on our resort rooms months after booking...and even got us upgrades! Her availability was always foremost in her mind and her efforts were truly appreciated. We emailed often and even set up phone conference calls to be sure other members of our group were comfortable with the multiple networks in place for a Disney experience. She even sent us some wonderful gifts before we left that were extremely useful. I have already recommended her to friends and family. There wasn't one single moment I regretted turning to Pixie Vacations and getting Julie Davies as my own!

Chiann was very helpful in setting up our cruise and land trip. She sent me a link to search for day trips while in London which we were able to use to book our own private excursions. Would certainly use her services again 🙂

The Pixie Team was great to speak with and they were very responsive to emails and calls. Caitlyn even called me after work hours, when she was traveling to help me navigate a minor issue.
