Our experience working with Pixie's vacation planner was exceptional. It had been more than 20 years since our last Disney Cruise, and as adults who are passionate about Disney, we were confident our trip would be enjoyable. However, our agent Cassie exceeded all expectations—she took the time to understand our vacation desires and helped ensure everything was as magical as possible.We were celebrating our 35th wedding anniversary and traveling without kids, so we wanted to make the most of all the luxury and excitement that a Disney cruise offers. We needed guidance on available options, and Cassie expertly helped us book special dining experiences and other adult-focused activities. She also made herself accessible for any questions during our cruise, but thanks to her thorough preparation, we never needed to reach out.We have used other travel planners in the past but none of them has been as helpful as Cassie from Pixie. If you are looking for that personal touch, I cannot suggest anyone else more than Cassie from Pixie. We will use her services for our next trip.

Booked a recent Cozumel cruise with Cris Bravo of Pixie Vacations, and she did all the work, even sending me reminder emails to make sure I took care of things only I could do (finish paying, check in before the cruise date, etc).
