One call was all I needed. I have used Pixie last year for a vacation in Puerto Rico and that was fantastic. So, we reached out to Denise again. She is so kind, friendly and amazing. I don't have words for her.She put together a great holiday package for us and our friends. It was a private tour for four of us. It was well planned and well managed. We had great hotels, food and local guides. Language was problem but our guides went out of their way to ensure that we have no issues at the airports. Airports were busy and confusing, but the guides did a great job in making it a breeze. In Medellin, our flight was at 6 AM and had to leave hotel at 3 AM. Our guide was there before three and brought us packed meal of sandwiches, apple and water. THANK YOU.Our guides in Bogota and Medellin were great teachers, we had million questions, and they had answers for every question. We learned a lot.We were in Medellin for New Years eve and Denise made a special arrangement for a great party at the hotel. That was amazing. Thank you, Denise.The trip was worth every penny.
